FAQ
Frequently asked questions
It takes the recommended N-P-K dose for your crop (per acre), multiplies by your land area, then converts the nutrient need into bags of urea, DAP and MOP using their nutrient content.
Phosphorus is met with DAP (46% P₂O₅, 18% N), the remaining nitrogen with urea (46% N), and potassium with MOP (60% K₂O). Each bag is 50 kg.
Treat them as indicative starting points. Your actual dose should follow your Soil Health Card and local KVK recommendation, which account for your soil and variety.
N is nitrogen (leaf/vegetative growth), P is phosphorus (roots/flowering, shown as P₂O₅), and K is potassium (overall plant health, shown as K₂O).
